Before moving forward, there are a few details that we will need to share with you. We can't stress this enough...when creating the perfect experience for you whether in Miami or on tour, we are taking a chance and you are taking a chance on us, so with that being said... 

Cancellation Policy:

• Please note that all appointments are subject to a strict cancellation/no show policy, once an appointment has been booked, significant preparation is required to ensure a life changing experience for our special guest. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for any appointments, in the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you do give at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within this time frame, we will issue a service credit that can be used towards a future visit. Less that 24 hours each appointment will be handled at our discretion. Again, PLEASE...PLEASE...PLEASE, be certain before you book your appointment, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS! As our services are in high demand.

• Respectfully arrive to your appointment no more than 15 minutes late or you will not receive your full session time, (only the remaining time value will be honored) we have a really tight schedule of people like yourself waiting to experience this transcending service.

• Come prepared to your appointment comfortably dressed (shorts, sports bra, regular bra). Hygiene is essential so please be considerate. • We do not keep cash on site for safety.

• The location of the workspace will be disclosed 24 hours prior to your appointment.

• Come alone to your appointment alone as there is limited space (unless being serviced)
